R&R helps to improve processes

Thomas Effing is a franchisee of Edeka. He was selected as a pilot shop by Edeka Rhein-Ruhr to work with R&R. The focus was on increasing productivity and making processes transparent. With R&R, this could be done easily by gaining insight into the processes and schedules.

Increase productivity by 15 to 20%

By using R&R, processes were made transparent. This resulted in more efficient, productive staff planning. This has increased productivity in the supermarket by 15% to 20% per employee. In addition, R&R automatically checks for legal requirements and collects data on them.

Share information easily with the R&R Job App

Not only was R&R's software used, but also the R&R job app. With this app, information can easily be shared with employees about, for example, their current rosters, hours worked and more.
