R&R software and the R&R job app were implemented to facilitate the optimal customer experience and to offer employees convenience through clear communications.

From a small to large store
Stephan van Engelen has been the proud owner of PLUS Waalwijk since 2014. They relocated from a small store to a large store in 2015. Offering optimal customer service was central to this large store. According to Stephan, the basis for efficient resource planning is to get the the right employees on the shop floor at the right time. R&R assisted with this.


Optimal customer experience
R&R assisted in achieving the objectives by linking store data. That enabled weekly planning. Staffing levels could be adapted based on information about customer footfall. This facilitated the optimal customer experience for customers.

Use of the R&R job app also offers convenience for employees. As it happens, employees are immediately informed of when they have to work. This contributes to having the right employee on the shop floor at the right time.
