R&R product update April 24, 2025

Product update RR WFM

In this edition: new screens leave and absence registration.

New screens leave and absence registration

During the week of April 28, the current screens for leave and absence registration will be replaced with new screens. The new screens are a visual change and will be rolled out to all areas in R&R where you can register leave.

Register leave

In absence registration, in addition to the visual change, we have added a function that allows you to easily calculate the sick rate and hours to be worked when someone is partially sick. You can do this through two methods:

1. Enter the percentage sick or better: R&R automatically calculates the number of hours to be worked
2. Enter the number of hours to work or sick hours: R&R automatically calculates the percentage

After calculation, the correct percentage is automatically adopted and applied.

Disease type

How do I take up this functionality?

This feature will automatically come to your area the week of April 28. This is automatic and you do not have to do anything for this.
