From Forecast to Plan

Good planning starts with a realistic forecast.

You create the schedule based on historical and representative data and translate this into hours and budget at the location level. You then easily break this down into departments and tasks, so you can see exactly how much staff is needed each day. This quickly results in a schedule that aligns with the expectations for the week.

We're testing a new feature: R&R Auto-Scheduler. This tool uses AI to automatically create a suitable schedule based on forecasts, availability, and preferences. More coming soon!

Thanks to the detailed allocation of budgeted hours, combined with availability and contract types, you can create a very precise schedule. In addition, any schedule must always fit within the parameters of the retail industry.

The schedule therefore automatically takes collective bargaining agreements and laws and regulations into account, issues warnings, and prevents legal violations from being scheduled.

Always keep track of hours worked

Everyone knows that plans and reality can sometimes differ. That’s why you want employees to clock in and out. With R&R, you no longer need hardware time clocks: employees can easily track their hours in the R&R Job App.

This way, you can see exactly who worked, where, and when.
All hours are recorded immediately, including start and end times and any deviations.

Hours worked, bonuses, and allowances are then processed and forwarded to payroll. This helps you avoid manual checks and errors down the line.
