    We believe transparency is important. Through this status page, we keep our customers informed about disruptions, incidents, and scheduled maintenance that may affect our services.

  • What is the difference between a malfunction and an incident?

    An outage causes a complete or partial interruption of service. An incident can also be a less serious disruption, such as reduced performance or issues with a specific feature.

  • How quickly is a report published?

    We will issue an alert as soon as an outage is confirmed and we expect it to affect one or more customers.

  • Is scheduled maintenance announced in advance?

    Yes. Scheduled maintenance that may affect the availability of our services will be posted on this page in advance.
