R&R Product update - Developing new roster: Check out the new features

Product update roster

Are you already using the new grid? Then you can use these handy features right now!

What's new?

Open services

It is now possible to create open shifts in a department.
Think of shifts that you already add based on expected busy times or scheduled work - without already linking them to an employee.

R&R WFM: Roster, open services

You can easily assign these open shifts to qualified employees.

You can instantly see who is available, what their availability is and what their KPU looks like. Super convenient for quick switching!

Expired services

Expired shifts are now more visible: They remain with the originally scheduled employee, but with a line through it. This way you can always see where a shift has been.

And what's new: this shift is automatically converted into an open shift (for example, after calling in sick). You can then immediately reassign it to another available colleague.

Printable daily schedule

The printable daily schedule has been given a fresh, uncluttered look. This is what the roster will look like:

What you display is entirely up to you. When printing, you simply choose what you want to be visible - such as which departments, the number of employees per hour and whether or not you want to show the start and end times of shifts. This way you can adjust the schedule to exactly what is convenient for you.

And those colors? You set those up yourself, too!

For example, choose green for the vegetable department and pink for the cash register. That way you make it clear at a glance who works where.
