R&R Product Update – New Employee Card

New Employee ID Card (effective July 1, 2026)

The updated employee portal will be available starting July 1, 2026. The portal features a new, user-friendly layout with categories and a menu on the left. This makes it easier to find information and will simplify the addition of new sections in the future.

What's New?

• Navigating by categories instead of a single long page
• A more organized employee list using color coding
• It may be possible to temporarily (in July) switch back to the old view

What stays the same?

• All existing data and features will remain unchanged
• You still manage employees the same way
• Only the structure has been changed, not the content

's New Layout Information is grouped by topic:

• General Information – Basic Details and Contact Information
• Employee Information – Contracts, Salary, Productivity, and Preferences
• Planning – Qualifications (to be expanded further)
• Absences – Leave and Sickness (including the expiration date of leave hours, if applicable)
• Time Tracking – Manage Badge Numbers

Editing data
You can easily edit data for each section using the pencil icon within that block.

Employee Directory The employee directory allows you to search, select, and go directly to an employee's profile. The redesigned layout makes it easier to navigate.
