Auto-Schedule: Available as a pre-release starting October 1

Over the past few months, we’ve extensively tested R&R Auto-Schedule in collaboration with various retailers. Our focus was on one thing: ensuring that Auto-Schedule actually helps schedule planners create suitable schedules more quickly.

On the Way to the Pre-Release

We deliberately took the time to test Auto-Schedule together with users, gather feedback, and continue to improve the solution step by step. After all, automated scheduling requires more than just a technically sound solution. The generated schedule must also be practical for everyday use, deliver predictable results, and align with the available budget hours.

One final pilot will take place in September, during which we’ll work with users to iron out the last details ahead of our pre-release, which begins on October 1.

Temporarily free in the Exploration Edition starting October 1

Effective October 1, R&R Auto-Schedule will be available as a pre-release within our Exploration Edition. Starting then, Exploration Edition users can try out Auto-Schedule free of charge through the end of this year. This will allow more R&R users to implement Auto-Schedule in their own practices, while also enabling us to gain further experience leading up to the final release.

Auto-Schedule It is available for free as part of the Exploration Edition through December 31, 2026. Starting January 1, 2027, " Auto-Schedule " will become a paid add-on for R&R WFM. We’ll share more information about this here in the second half of November.
