R&R product update Sept. 27, 2022

Twice a month we publish an update on interesting developments and improvements to our WFM system R&R.

This edition focuses on bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements and a new service we are launching soon: R&R Trainings. 

Bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements

In the past weeks our teams have been busy fixing bugs and making (small) quality-of-life improvements. These changes are all aimed at making the daily interaction with R&R even smoother. We have implemented the following changes, among others:

• We have migrated the NMBRS export to the latest version of the NMBRS API. If you are using this, it has been transferred automatically, no further action is required.
• Resubmitting checkout data did not always result in the management information being resent, this has now been fixed.
• Validation for email address validity has been relaxed to properly deal with the wide variation in email addresses that exist today.
• Productivity was expressed in hours in the R&R Insights charts, this has now been adjusted to euros.
• There was a bug in the generic Payroll and Finance links that occasionally caused them to interfere with each other during exports. This has now been fixed.

Coming soon: R&R Training

Get the most out of R&R with training for your employees.
Itis critical that your employees handle systems correctly. When implementing new systems, training is often given in the beginning. But due to new employees and turnover, knowledge is often lost. Therefore, starting in November 2022, we are offering additional R&R training courses at competitive rates.

With our approachable and pragmatic training courses, your employees will always be up to date and get the most out of R&R. We offer different training courses for different types of employees:

• Training R&R basics: during this interactive and approachable 2-hour training (online, via Microsoft Teams) participants will learn the key steps, processes and basics of R&R. Cost: €95 per participant. 
• Training R&R Reports.: During this training, participants learn how the reports from R&R can help your organization and how to use them to achieve better results. Cost: €195 per participant. 
• Training R&R essentials for store optimization: During this training you will learn the basics about setting up your store(s) and processes in the best possible way. With this you will make an in-depth study on R&R and improving the entire planning process. Cost: €295 per participant.
