We offer the following training courses:

  • R&R basics training: during this interactive and easily accessible 2-hour training course, participants learn about the most important steps, processes and basic principles of R&R.
  • R&R reporting training: during this training, participants learn how the reports from R&R can help your organisation and how to use them to achieve better results.
  • R&R essentials for shop optimisation training: during this training you will learn the basics about setting up your shop(s) and processes in the best possible way. This will help you to deepen your knowledge of R&R and the improvement of the entire planning process.

R&R basic training

When new employees leave or enter the company, knowledge and experience of working with systems is often lost. Because it is very important that employees work with R&R in the right way and according to the right agreements, it is essential that they have sufficient knowledge of the WFM system and the underlying principles. This is why we offer the R&R basics training.

Every month, we organise an online R&R basic training (via Microsoft Teams). During this interactive and low-threshold training course of 2 hours, you will get to know the most important steps, processes and basic principles of R&R. Together with an experienced trainer, you will go through the entire process: from prognosis to planning, realisation and payment. The training is very practical. Various practical situations are dealt with and there is plenty of room for questions. Afterwards, participants know exactly how to use R&R correctly.

The R&R basics training is very suitable for new employees and employees who have been given a new or different role within the organisation. But also as a refresher course for existing employees.

  • When: monthly. Every first Tuesday of the month (if there is sufficient interest). If there is not enough interest, the training will be moved to the next month.
  • Where: online (via Microsoft Teams)
  • Number of participants: minimum 8 participants, maximum 16 participants per training in order to keep the training interactive.
  • Cost: €95 per participant.

R&R Reporting Training

Did you know that the reports that R&R generates offer many opportunities to gain various interesting insights? These insights can then be used to make better decisions based on your own data.

In the online training R&R reports (via Microsoft Teams) you will learn in an accessible and pragmatic way how the R&R reports can help your organisation, but especially how you can practically use and deploy these reports to achieve better results in the entire WFM process. Where do you score well and where can you make adjustments?

In a small group, an experienced trainer goes through the various reports and their practical use with you. Afterwards, you will know how to effectively use reports for your organisation.

The R&R reporting training course is particularly suitable for employees and managers who want to continue to improve their organisation and WFM process on the basis of data. Of course, it is also a useful 'kick-start' for new employees or as a refresher for existing colleagues.

  • When: quarterly, if there is sufficient interest. If there is insufficient interest, the training will be postponed to the next quarter.
  • Where: online (via Microsoft Teams)
  • Number of participants: minimum 4 participants, maximum 8 participants per training in order to keep the training interactive.
  • Cost: €195 per participant.

Training R&R essentials for shop optimisation

If you have been using R&R for some time now and are thinking about how to set up your shop(s) and processes in the best way for the best results, then the training course 'The essentials of shop optimisation' might be a good choice.

This training is basically based on the optimization and store guidance programs ones we offer. It introduces you to these trajectories and their possibilities in an approachable way. You gain practical tips and know how to get started. This will give you a more in-depth look at R&R and improving the entire planning process. The training takes about 4 hours and will be given 'live' at our location.

During the training, an experienced business consultant explains the basic principles of shop optimisation. Think about gaining insights in performance, process improvement and making the right choices at the right moment. You will learn in a pragmatic way which matters you can influence and which buttons you can turn to achieve the desired results and to keep on improving.

The training course 'essentials for shop optimisation' is particularly suitable for entrepreneurs/owners and managers. If after the training course you decide to take a Optimisation and shop counselling course the costs of the training will be deducted from that course.

  • When: if there is sufficient interest, the training will be planned in consultation with the participants. If there is insufficient interest, the training will be postponed to the next quarter.
  • Where: at the office of R&R in Veenendaal.
  • Number of participants: minimum 4 participants, maximum 8 participants per training in order to keep the training interactive.
  • Cost: €295 per participant.
