Warnings in the schedule are now displayed more clearly
In an ideal schedule, you would naturally see as few warnings as possible. In practice, however, they are simply part of the job. Still, all those icons can make the screen look cluttered, making it more difficult to quickly get an overview.
Based on feedback from our users, we have therefore adjusted the display of warnings in the schedule. The goal: a calmer view, without missing important information.
When there is a warning on a service, a small orange or red dot appears next to the service. This dot indicates that a warning applies.
Is there already an icon next to the service, for example for a temporary employee or an indirect service? Then it will remain visible and the dot will be added.
The type of warning is shown in the first column after the employee's name. There you will find the warning icon that indicates which warning is applicable.
This adjustment ensures that all relevant icons remain visible and you can see more information at a glance. At the same time, the overall appearance of the schedule has become less cluttered. This allows you to maintain an overview more quickly and makes it easier to manage the schedule.
