Get the Most Out of R&R

In the R&R Basic Training course, you’ll learn how to effectively use the most important basic features of R&R WFM. You’ll work in your own store environment with your own employees, so you can immediately practice with familiar real-world scenarios. We’ll also go over the basic settings together. By the end of the course, you’ll have a solid foundation for working independently with R&R WFM.

Who is it for: New employees, employees in a new role, as a refresher course

Duration: Half a day

Cost: €550 per group (maximum of 4 participants)

In this online training, you’ll walk through the process yourself—from implementation to payment—in R&R WFM. You’ll set everything up in R&R for the final payment via the integrated system. An R&R specialist will observe as you work and provide explanations and advice as needed. This way, you’ll learn to carry out the process independently and with care.

Cost: €275 per group (maximum of 4 participants)

Take your use of R&R to the next level with this hands-on advanced training course. You’ll gain insight into the entire process, from forecasting to payment. You’ll discover which levers you can pull to get a handle on labor costs and hours, and how you can more effectively steer toward results. You’ll work with data from your own store, so you can immediately apply what you learn in practice.

Who it's for: Employees and managers who already have some experience with R&R WFM and want to focus more on labor costs and results.

While the standard reports in R&R WFM already provide a great deal of insight, Insights takes it a step further. This reporting module gives you deeper insight into the KPIs that matter most to your organization. You’ll learn how to build your own reports and compare results from multiple stores in a single overview. You’ll also determine which data to display, which filters to apply, and which time period to analyze. This way, you can translate the insights from Insights into concrete actions.
