Stephan van Engelen is the proud owner of PLUS Waalwijk since 2014. In 2015 they moved from a small shop to one big shop. In this large shop the focus was on providing the best possible customer service for customers. Basis for this, according to Stephan, is the right work planning to have the right employees on the shop floor at the right times. R&R helped with this.
R&R helped to realise the objectives by linking shop data. This made it easy to create weekly schedules. Staffing levels could be adjusted on the basis of customer flow data. This allowed the maximum customer experience to be realised.
