• How do I make a leave-request?

    Go to the main screen and click on Leave. Then click on the Requests tab. Click on the add (+) sign to enter a new leave request. Enter the start date, this must be at least 14 days in the future.

  • Why can't I choose a different kind of leave?

    Not being able to choose the kind of leave is a conscious choice. Unpaid, special leave and time for time hours should be aligned with your supervisor.However, it is possible to place this as a comment in the request.

  • How do I enter my school schedule?

    Go to the main screen and click on School. Click on the add (+) sign to enter a new school schedule. Select a start and end week. Then click on the add (+) sign to enter at least 1 school shift. You have to do this for all schooldays with school hours in this week.

  • Why do I have to enter a school schedule?

    When you are younger than 18, the time in school also counts as legal working time. Your supervisor has to take this into account when making your work schedule.

  • Why can't I see an entered school schedule?

    Your school schedule might have been deleted by your supervisor. Contact your supervisor.

  • How do I change an entered school schedule in R&R job app?

    It is possible to enter a new school schedule for a period or part of a period which already has been entered.

  • How can I delete an entered school schedule in R&R job app?

    This is not possible. Enter a new school schedule for the same week(s) or contact your supervisor, he can delete your school schedule.

  • How do I enter my school holidays?

    You can accomplish this by not filling in a school schedule for the respective week(s). When you want to fill in a school schedule for week 1 until week 15 and week 8 is a school holiday, then you enter 2 school schedules. One for week 1 until week 7 and one for week 9 until week 15.

  • Why is it not possible to enter a school schedule for the current week?

    It is not possible to enter a school schedule for the current week. This is only possible for complete weeks in the future.

  • Why can I enter my school schedule only in quarters of an hour?

    It is necessary to round your school times to quarters of an hour for a correct processing of your school schedule.

  • When will my leave balance in R&R job app be updated?

    The leave balance in R&R job app will be updated after your supervisor has finalized the payment in R&R.

  • Is it possible to synchronise the schedule with my calendar?

    Since version 5.2 (released 12-1-2017) it is possible to synchronise your schedule with your calendar. To do so, update your app by visiting the App Store or Play Store.

  • How can I synchronise my schedule with my calendar?

    Click on the symbol (in the top right) in the schedule screen and follow the instructions.

  • How can I synchronise my schedule in Android?

    Click on the symbol (top right) in the schedule screen and choose "Mail instructions". This e-mail will provide you with a personal URL for setting up the iCal-synchronization with your favorite calendar application. Notice: we cannot guarantee the correct and automatic 'pulling' of the calendar data towards your personal calendar. For this reason we strongly advice to check your actual shedule in the R&R job app.

  • My schedule or changes in my schedule are not visible in my calendar.

    i-Cal-synchronisation has limited support for Android and Outlook. Unfortunatly there is not much we can do for you, concerning this matter. For this reason we strongly advice, to check your actual Schedule in the R&R -job app.

  • How can I cancel the synchronisation with my calendar?

    Click on the symbol (top right) in your schedule. Here you can choose 'undo'.

  • Can I see who I'm working with?

    You can only see your own schedule. We will make this possible in the future.

  • Is it possible to see my break times?

    Since version 5.3 (released 18-5-2017) it is possible to see your total break duration in your schedule. Update your app by visiting the App Store or Play Store.

  • Is it possible to withdraw a leave request?

    It is only possible to withdraw a leave request via R&R job app which hasn't been approved yet. For IOS: it can be removed with a swipe action. For Android: it can be removed with a "longpress". Otherwise check with your supervisor to withdraw your approved leave request .

  • Is it possible to see my worked hours?

    It is not possible to see your worked hours in R&R job app. We will consult our customer panels to determine how we could facilitate this in the future.

  • At which point are the schedules visible?

    The schedule is sent to R&R job app at the moment it is finalized. The finalized schedule of the current and future weeks are visible.

  • How can I see my schedule for the upcoming week?

    Click on the week (in the top). Now you can see for which weeks a schedule is available. By default the first available week is shown.

  • Where can I see old leave requests?

    Go to the main screen and click on Leave. Then click on the Leave balance tab.

  • Why does R&R job app not recognize my new email address when I'm trying to log in?

    Your username is the email address that was registered in R&R when you received the invitation email from your supervisor. If you do not remember your username and you no longer have the invitation email, you can report this to your supervisor.

  • Why is it not possible to offer a shiftreplacement?

    The functionality "Shiftreplacement" is not on by default for every store.

  • How can I find a replacement for a shift in my schedule?

    Select Schedule in your dashboard. Find the shift, which need to be replaced. IOS: swipe the shift to be offered. Android: use 'longpress' to offer the shift.

  • Why do I get a notification that I have a replacement request, while it is not visible in my schedule?

    It's possible you don't have the latest version of the R&R job app. Go to the Google Play Store or Apple Store to download the latest version.

  • When do I get a notification for my offered shift?

    As soon as your manager approves your replacement request, you will get a notification that the shift has been transferred and your schedule has been changed. In case he has rejected the request you will get a notification that the request has been rejected along with an eventual reason your manager has given.

  • Why is it not possible to request a shift replacement under all circumstances?

    Company policy requires a deadline for requesting a replacement. By default it is set to 48 hours prior to the start of the shift. Also previously requested (and rejected) replacements can not be requested a second time.

  • Can I choose a specific person for replacement ?

    No, you can't. The system will select available colleagues for new replacement requests, which will fulfill the company policy. These selected colleagues will get a request to volunteer for your shift.

  • There is a status behind my offered shift, what does it mean?

    By status changes you can see what is happening with your replacement request. As soon as you have requested replacement, you see the status 'Requested' next to the shift. When at least one colleague has accepted the request, you will see the status 'Pending'. If your manager approves the request, the shift will be removed from your schedule (and the selected colleague will get the shift). In case the manager rejects the reques, you will see the status 'Rejected'. Also when the replacement is no longer possible, you will see the status 'Rejected'.

  • Is it possible to cancel my offered shift?

    Check with your supervisor for cancelling an offered or accepted shift.

  • Can I change my username for R&R job app?

    No, this is not possible.

  • I can log in to R&R job app, but why are the buttons grayed out and not clickable?

    This can have several causes. Report this to your supervisor.

  • I forgot my password, how can I get a new password?

    Click on 'forgotten password' in the R&R job app login screen. Enter your username to receive a new password.

  • I want to give feedback on the app, where can I do this?

    Go to the main screen and click on Feedback.

  • Can I login with multiple accounts on R&R job app?

    Yes, this is possible. You can use multiple accounts with one app. To switch between accounts log out with the one and log in with the other account.

  • What is my username for R&R job app?

    Your username appears in the invitation email you received from your supervisor. This is the email address that was registered in R&R when you were invited.

  • I've lost my email to activate R&R job app. How can I activate R&R job app?

    If you are not registered, you can ask your supervisor to re-invite you for R&R job app.

  • Can I use R&R job app as well as Speakap ?

    Yes, this is possible. Keep in mind that in Speakap your schedules will appear later than in R&R job app.

  • Can I use R&R job app with my Windows Phone?

    R&R job app is available on the platforms IOS and Android. We do not intend to develop R&R job app for Windows Phone.

  • Why can't I request leave for next week?

    The deadline for requesting leave is set to at least two weeks in advance. Check with your supervisor for leave requests inside the range of the deadline.

  • What is the reason for getting a failure message when using R&R job app on a IOS or Android bèta version?

    Unfortunately we don't support the use of IOS or Android bèta versions in combination with R&R job app.

  • Can I install R&R job app twice on one smartphone?

    No, this is not possible. You can use multiple accounts with one app. To switch between accounts log out with the one and in with the other account.
