R&R product update: the new Job App is live!

New R&R Job App

We're live! As previously communicated, we've been working hard on our completely redesigned Job App. Among other things to better facilitate flexibility and employee engagement, but also to improve the entire look and feel for a modern user experience. We are therefore pleased and proud to announce that the new Job App will be launched in phases starting this week.

For the launch, we are opting for a phased rollout. This means that first a small group of users will be offered the new Job App (the app must be updated on the user's smartphone) and later the rest of the users. We will start rolling out the new Job App for Android users, with iOS users to follow soon. So some employees may have the new app immediately and others may have to wait a little longer.

We have updated the system requirements (the minimum required version of iOS or Android) due to updates and security measures. The current system requirements can be found here.

About the author Hiska Boelema

In my role as Product Owner, I ensure that customer requirements are translated into features in our software. Here, user experience and transparency are paramount. In addition, my focus is to better facilitate communication between employer and employee.

Before I started working as Product Owner, I first got to know R&R from my role as After Sales consultant. Besides getting to know our software as a user, the necessary customer questions and daily operational challenges passed by. This gave me a solid picture of where our software can be improved to support the user in the best possible way!
