You’ll discover which levers to pull to get a handle on labor costs and how to steer toward results more effectively. Just like in the basic training, we’ll work with data from your own store(s). This way, you can immediately apply the theory to practice. Working smarter leads to better results; you can get started right away after the training.

This powerful reporting module gives you even greater insight into and control over the KPIs that make a difference for your organization. You’ll learn how to leverage maximum flexibility when building reports and how to easily compare results from multiple stores in a single overview. You decide which data to display, which filters to apply, and which time period to analyze in order to turn insights into actions.
