R&R Basic Training

Basic training is all about understanding and using the basic functionalities. Are you getting started with R&R for the first time? Then the R&R basic training is an important prerequisite. During the training you will work in your own store environment, with your own staff, allowing you to immediately put everything you learn into practice.

In this interactive training you will learn step by step how to work with the main functionalities of R&R. Together we will make sure that the basic settings are right, so you can get started right away.

A solid start for optimal use of R&R! Upon completion, you will be ready to use R&R.

For whom: The basic training is great for new employees and employees who have taken on a new or different role within the organization. Has your store management knowledge and experience of R&R been lost due to turnover? Or is there a need for a refresher course? If so, we also recommend the R&R Basic training.
Cost: €550 excluding VAT per branch, max. 4 participants per branch

R&R Payout Training - online session

In this practical online training course, you take your place at the wheel. You will learn how to carry out the process from realization to disbursement smoothly and independently, while we look on in the background, providing support and targeted advice. You execute, we think with you.

For whom: The R&R Payout Training is great for new employees and employees who have taken on a new or different role within the organization. Has your store management knowledge and experience of R&R been lost due to turnover? Or is there a need for a refresher course? Then we also recommend the R&R Payout Training.
Cost: €275 excluding VAT per branch

R&R Advanced Training

Advanced training is all about understanding and steering. Take your use of R&R to the next level with this hands-on advanced training. You will gain in-depth insight into the entire process: from forecast to payment. You will discover which knobs you can turn to get a grip on labor costs and steer more effectively on results. Work smarter, get better results. As in the basic training, we work with data from your own store(s). This allows you to immediately put theory into practice and get started right away.

For whom: The R&R Advanced training is designed specifically for employees and managers who already have some experience with R&R and want to further optimize their store and processes based on data.
Cost: €550 per site, maximum of 4 participants per site

R&R Insights training

Have you already learned how to get a handle on labor costs and the planning process with the R&R Advanced training? Then it's time for the next step: R&R Insights. This powerful reporting module gives you even more insight and control over the KPIs that make the difference for your organization.

Where the standard reports within R&R already provide valuable information, Insights goes a step further. With Insights, you have maximum flexibility in building reports.

Do you have multiple stores? Then Insights allows you to easily compare results, all in one overview. You decide which data to display, which filters to apply and which period to analyze.

The R&R Insights training focuses on the possibilities of our (additional) reporting module. Using various examples and case studies, you will learn how to use Insights and apply them to your own retail organization.

In the R&R Insights training, you'll learn how to make the most of this flexibility. You will discover:

How to set up and customize your own reports
What choices you can make in that
How to translate insights into concrete actions

At the end of the training you will be able to use R&R Insights in a goal-oriented way to manage results even better.
