Making schedules

The schedule module in R&R provides you with an easy way to schedule, and gives you accurate insights to schedule employees in the right place at the right time.

The planning per employee per week is shown in the schedule. Graphs are used to illustrate when employees need to be scheduled to perform the required tasks. When creating a schedule, you will always have a clear overview of the leave balances. This enables you to make more efficient use of time off in lieu or extra work hours. Furthermore, it gives you insight into the savings potential per employee contract type, for smarter deployment.

Workforce planning

By creating the schedules in the smart schedule module, you have insight into how you can schedule employees at the right time at the right cost. This also automatically takes into account and checks legislation and collective labour agreements, such as the Working Hours Act and the Workplace Balance Act (WAB). Naturally, the availability of employees is also taken into account. If applicable, school schedules are taken into account as well. In short, with R&R you choose software that makes online scheduling easy and clear.

Schedule in the R&R Job App

After approval of the roster, the planning is automatically passed on to the staff via the R&R Job App. This way, employees always have insight into the most up-to-date schedule. In addition, employees can easily request their leave, exchange shifts, report school schedules and availability in the app. Changes to the schedule are communicated quickly by notifications on the phone. When the school schedules and leave are approved, they are automatically processed in the planning. The availabilities are also processed in the planning. So you have easy insight into when and where employees need to be scheduled, but also which employees are available for this. Creating an online work schedule has never been so easy.
